Lost or Stolen Cards
Outside of business hours, call the 24-hour card hotline on 1800 224 004. You’ll then need to contact us to arrange for a new card to be sent.
If you’re overseas when you lose your card, report it immediately by visiting the Visa website or mastercard website for the contact details for each country.
