Annual General Meeting

People’s Choice Credit Union’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) provides members with an opportunity to hear The Chair and the Managing Director report on the performance of the Credit Union during the year.  Importantly it provides members with the right to listen, question and participate in important decisions of the Credit Union through voting.

This year’s AGM was held at 11am (CSDT) on Monday, 29 October 2012 at the Sebel Playford, Adelaide.

Members were given the opportunity to vote in person at the meeting on the motion about Directors fees, or if they were unable to attend they were given the opportunity to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. 

The Director remuneration motion was passed at the meeting and members also supported the re-election of existing Directors, Terry McGuirk and Anne Skipper for a three-year term.
