People’s Choice Credit Union’s* Annual General Meeting (AGM) provides members with an opportunity to hear Directors report on the performance of the Credit Union during the year. Importantly it provides members with the right to listen, question and participate in important decisions of the Credit Union through voting.
This year’s AGM will be held at 11am (CSDT) on Friday, 28 October 2011 at the Sebel Playford, Adelaide.
Members can vote in person at the meeting, or if they are unable to attend they can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy voting instructions can be lodged in person by delivering to 60 Light Square, Adelaide or by mail, fax or online. Members with access to internet banking can lodge their proxy online, by logging in to Internet Banking ,clicking on the tools tab and then AGM Proxy Voting.
A copy of the 2011 AGM Notice and Proxy Form has been sent by mail to all eligible members #. If you are an eligible member and have not received a personalized proxy form and AGM Notice you may request a copy from the Corporate Secretary by phone on (08) 8305 1733 or you can download a copy here:-
