How do I make a claim?
Claims can be paid immediately if your provider has access to an automatic claims system such as HICAPS or IBA HealthPoint.
Or, you can download a claim form send it to Australian Unity Claims Department, Reply Paid 9945, Melbourne Vic 8060 or fax it to 1800 852 030. Claims can also be submitted online via our Membership Online Services.
