We have a number of strategies to help our staff reach their full potential:

Our work environment supports our staff to work to their full potential, with over 40,000 hours of training and 6,000 hours of leadership programs delivered annually.
  • We encourage our staff to be passionate and contribute to our community and staff events. Each year, through our staff volunteering program, hundreds of staff contribute thousands of hours through staff events.

Our teams

Our Board and leadership team are committed to acting responsibly, ethically and with the highest standards of integrity to ensure that People’s Choice’s is always delivering value to our members. Just as fulfilling the needs of our members is the top priority for all staff, each member of our Board and leadership team understands the importance of their role and that their responsibility lies with providing a service to our members and the community. 

Our Sales and Distribution network supports the management of our extensive national branch network, call centre and specialist sales staff, servicing retail and business members. It includes:

Our Marketing and Product Management division supports the business by managing our product portfolio, digital agenda and all marketing and promotional related activity including market research and analytics to advertising campaigns and sponsorships. It includes:

Our Corporate Services division is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to support People’s Choice internal and external activities, including:

Our Risk division develops strategies and frameworks to allow People’s Choice to take conscious exposures to credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks by identifying, assessing and reporting risks; assessing the impact of proposed changes in legislation, regulations and industry codes to achieve the optimal risk and return outcomes.
