Our head office and National Contact Centre are located in Adelaide and we have more than 45 locations across SA, NT, VIC, WA and the ACT.
As a credit union, we do things a little differently because our members aren’t just our customers – they’re our owners. We reinvest our profits into creating better products and providing great service and advice, rather than giving returns to shareholders, like the banks. In fact, our sole purpose is to help our members save and borrow money to get ahead in life.
We also have a strong focus on supporting our communities, by reinvesting 5% of pre-tax profits into the communities in which we operate - 10 times the 0.49% average contribution made by major Australian and New Zealand companies.
We’ve also partnered with some incredible charity organisations and events, chosen with member and staff input, to help them to continue their valuable work. What makes us extra proud is when we see our staff get involved too with hundreds of staff volunteering each year.
