Branch opening hours and safety measures
Opening hours and access requirements (such as masks) will change depending on government restrictions and the latest health advice.
While travel bans have been generally lifted, doing your day-to-day banking using Internet Banking or our Mobile Banking App is still the safest option. You're encouraged to use our digital banking options or call us on 13 11 82 if you need to talk about your banking needs.
If you have to visit us in person, please only do so if you're well.
People entering the branch may be required to wear face masks. If our staff need to identify you, they may ask you to remove your mask temporarily.

Digital banking
Our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking App can be a convenient and safe alternative to your day-to-day banking during this time.
If you need to visit a branch, please only visit if you are well, and are not in self-isolation, and be sure to follow social distancing guidelines.
Phone banking and national contact centre
Our National Contact Centre remains open and you can call us during our normal contact hours. Please be aware calls may take longer than normal due to the current circumstances. We thank you for your patience.

Please note, your first two cash withdrawals per month through Bank@Post are free; however, any further withdrawals during that same month incur a $3 fee. Depositing cash and cheques through Bank@Post remains fee free.
