In the past, you may have provided your Member Number for payments, but payments to Member Numbers are no longer accepted. You will need to get in touch with people who send you money, to ensure they are now using your BSB and Account Number or PayID.
Please ensure senders are entering your Account Number as it appears – without any zeroes in front.
Don’t worry, you’re Member Number is still useful! You need it to log in to Internet Banking, access Phone Banking or when you chat to us in branch or over the phone. But for all payments, remember to use your Account Number or PayID.
