Manage your investment property

Will it pay off?

Managing your property successfully by keeping the property continuously rented and in a good state of repair will help you get the most from your investment.

You could rent it privately – while this can be cheaper as you receive all of the rental income, it can be more complex and time consuming as you need to manage the property yourself. Alternatively, you could rent it out through a real estate or property management agency – for an agreed fee, (generally 10% of the rental income) they will manage the property on your behalf.
