Secure Internet Banking

Find out how your banking is protected with People's Choice Secure Code

For secure banking, have peace of mind with People's Choice Secure Code.

People’s Choice Secure Code is an advanced online security solution delivered in partnership with global cyber security leader, Symantec. This means high protections and security for your everyday digital banking.

How does Secure Code work?

It works by delivering either a Secure Code Push Notification to your mobile device or by generating a six digit Secure Code from within your mobile device or an alternate application on your PC when using Internet Banking to perform certain transactions.

To find out which Secure Code option is best for you, try our People's Choice Secure Code Selector which provides you with further information on how to download, register and use your chosen option.

It's important to be vigilant and to protect yourself while using Internet Banking.

People's Choice Credit Union uses industry-standard encryption to help keep you safe while transacting with us online, but there are also a number of steps you can take to keep your personal information secure.

Take a look at our Internet Banking Security Tips:

  • Always type ‘peopleschoicecu.com.au’ into your browser when accessing Internet Banking
  • Take precautions on public computers to make sure that your private details are protected and log off at the end of your session
  • Always use secure sites with a ‘padlock’ icon showing on your web browser when transacting online
  • Don’t supply any account or card details unless you have initiated the transaction
  • Don’t follow links in emails asking for your account or card details
