Changes to your Mobile Banking App have arrived.
We've made some slight changes to improve your experience when making international transfers.
You can now open a new account or apply for a loan from within your Mobile Banking App.
Just open the left hand side menu and navigate to 'Apply' to make a selection.
Once you have installed the People’s Choice Mobile Banking App and registered - that’s it.
If you choose to transact via Internet banking at any time, you can access a secure code from the hamburger menu option via your Mobile Banking App, or, simply approve the push notification received to your device.
We have been made aware of some in-App settings being made unavailable as a result of this Android Version Update, which we are hard at work investigating.
In the event you are experiencing difficulties with logging in via your 4 Digit App Pin or Biometrics after update, please uninstall and reinstall your People’s Choice Mobile Banking App.
Updates to the People’s Choice Mobile Banking App will be available in the Google Play Store from Wednesday, 10 April 2019 and in the App Store from Thursday, 11 April 2019.
The People’s Choice Mobile Banking App is available from the Google Play Store and the App Store. On your smartphone, simply search for People’s Choice Credit Union.
To use the latest update, your device will need to meet the below software requirements
iOS – 11 or later
Android - 5.0 or later
Please note: If you choose not to update your device software, your existing People’s Choice Mobile Banking App will continue to work, however you won’t have access to future App features or improvements.
