People’s Choice members can transfer funds between their accounts via Internet Banking and our Mobile Banking App.
To transfer funds between your People’s Choice accounts:
• Download the People’s Choice App, go to Menu > Transfer
• Or login to People’s Choice Internet Banking and go to Transfer/Pay > Transfer
• You can also make payments to other members and to other Financial Institutions by selecting ‘Pay Anyone’.
People’s Choice members can change their People’s Choice Visa or rediCARD PIN number via our Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking.
Currently People’s Choice members can use Commonwealth, NAB, Westpac and ANZ ATMs without been charged a cash withdrawal fee.
People’s Choice members can also access ATMs owned by large regional banks such as Bank SA, Bank of Melbourne, St George and Suncorp, plus some smaller banks without incurring a cash withdrawal fee.
Some ATMs where People’s Choice members will still incur a cash withdrawal fee include Cash Card and Cash Direct ATMs.
These are commonly found in pubs, hotels, convenience stores and petrol stations across Australia.
The fee charged on these ATMs varies depending on the merchant and is normally displayed on the ATM after you enter your PIN number.
The rediATM network often goes through changes, which means that machines are sometimes removed or relocated based on the demand and cost of operations.
Members have fee-free access to all major banks’ ATMs and a range of banking options at their People’s Choice branch.

Yes, as most financial institution's ATMs are now fee-free for members we have reviewed our ATM network based on the demand and cost of operations and as a result have reduced our ATM numbers.
Members now have free access to more ATMs for transactions than ever before, which allows us to reinvest into all our channels and provide better products and services to members.
In addition, members can complete their day-to-day banking using eftpos, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as our internet banking and mobile banking apps.
Cash can also be withdrawn at most supermarkets and other retail outlets.

Our members continue to have access to over 10,000 ATMs across Australia.
However, there are still alternative options to obtain cash including supermarkets and some other retail stores that allow you to take out money with a purchase if there isn’t an ATM available.

No, currently you can only deposit cash at our rediATMs. We are working toward offering this service for cheques later in the year.
There is a maximum limit count of 100 notes with cumulative value not exceeding $10,000.
For example the maximum deposit allowed would be 100 x $100 notes.
Cash deposits can only be made to accounts linked to the card you present at the time of making the deposit. Visa Debit, Credit, and rediCARDs all accepted.
In the event your deposit is rejected, current payment options will still be available. Simply drop into the branch and our staff will assist you. If you currently deposit cash via Australia Post, this option will still be available.
Cash deposits will be credited to your selected account in real time and access will be immediate.
