Important information for Apple users

Members who have updated their mobile device to the latest software version Apple iOS 11 will experience limited payment functionality within our People’s Choice Mobile Banking app.
The software version can be confirmed under ‘general’ in the settings of Apple devices.

Members using Android devices are not affected.

In the meantime, to perform transactions as usual, members can log in to Internet Banking from within the browser on the mobile device.

How to access Internet Banking from a mobile device:

  1. Open the internet browser on your mobile device and navigate to our mobile website at
  2. Click on the padlock symbol in the top section of our mobile website.
  3. Enter your member number and password and click ‘log in’.

An update to our Mobile Banking app for Apple iOS 11 users will be provided in the App Store soon.
