Duplicate Visa Transactions are in the process of being reversed and will appear in your accounts overnight.

We were advised that our members’ Visa transactions from Saturday 16 April have been duplicated last night. This issue, which affected a number of credit unions around Australia, means members’ accounts incorrectly showed two transactions for the same purchase.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and if you have any concerns about your account balance please call our National Contact Centre on 13 11 82 or visit your nearest branch for further assistance.
