Pay Easy

Our Pay Easy feature allows you to make a Payment to a person using that person’s email address or mobile phone number.

Find Pay Easy under Transfers in your Mobile Banking app. When you use Pay Easy you must tell us:

  • Which Account you want the Payment to be debited from;
  • The amount you want to pay; and
  • The email address of the person are paying; or their mobile number.

If you have a Pay Easy Payment to collect you must visit and provide us with:

  • The email address or mobile phone number to which you received the notification that the Pay Easy Payment was ready to be collected.
  • The Payment Code for the Pay Easy Payment provided to you by the sender.
  • The BSB, account number and account title for the account to which you’d like the Payment paid to.
  • If you are a Member of People’s Choice Credit Union, please make sure you enter your chosen Account number not your Member number.
  • A Pay Easy Payment can only be paid to an account held with an Australian Financial Institution
