Important Information for Apple users:
If you have updated your Apple iOS mobile device to the latest version Apple iOS 11, you will experience limited payment functionality within our People’s Choice Mobile Banking app.
The software version can be confirmed under ‘general’ in the settings of Apple devices.
Members using Android devices are not affected.
In the meantime, you are still able to perform your transactions as usual by logging in to Internet Banking from within the browser on your mobile device.
Here’s how to access Internet Banking from a mobile device:
1. Open the internet browser on your mobile device and navigate to our mobile website at www.peopleschoicecu.com.au
2. Click on the padlock symbol in the top section of our mobile website.
3. Enter your member number and password and click ‘log in’.
An update to our Mobile Banking app for Apple iOS 11 users will be provided in the App Store soon.
