We are sorry for the difficulties caused by this weekend’s unexpected system outage.
We understand it was frustrating and, as a member-based organisation, we fell short of the standards you expect of us. We are continuing to investigate the system outage to ensure we can improve in the future.
We’d like to thank our members who have taken the time to provide us with feedback which we have taken very seriously.
