I wanted to provide a brief update on the intermittent Internet Banking and Mobile App outages that have been affecting you in recent weeks, and our ongoing activities to stabilise this system.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that these outages have been causing. I take this disruption extremely seriously.
The root cause of the intermittent outages has been challenging for us and our suppliers to understand. There has been ongoing remediation work over the past two weeks to improve the performance and stability of our digital banking systems, including updating services to a different platform with a view that this will improve the ongoing stability.
We are monitoring our systems closely while we continue the remediation effort, and our staff will continue to support members with any enquiries or concerns.
