St John Ambulance teams will be located on all courses at various locations.
If you are feeling unwell please report to the nearest official or medical personnel as soon as possible.
If you see any fellow participant in distress, please report the incident to nearest official or St John Ambulance team member.
If it is an emergency please dial "000" and report the exact location of the incident.
Water will be provided at the event however personal refreshments whilst participating in the run is not permitted.
Volunteering opportunities will be available on the day, however if you are participating, you will not be able to volunteer on the day due to time constraints.

Yes. There will be a cloakroom available for you to keep your personal belongings during the run.
The Undies Zone will open at 2.30pm.
We have loads of free entertainment and activities for the entire family. Entertainment will include Hit 107 DJ, Bounce activity centre, free face painting, bubbles for the kids and more.
Yes you can participate with your pram.
All participants with prams for their Children / Toddlers will start the race 5 minutes after the Event start time. The pram start time will be 4:35pm (ACDT)
Any wheelchair participants who need to be accompanied by a carer can do so.
Complimentary entry will be provided to carers of these entrants.
Carers must also report to the registration tent along with the registrant on the day in order to gain access to the track.

Entrants will be required to wear the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer merchandise (branded underwear and top) and a wrist band to gain entry onto the track.
As this is not a competitive event, we will not be keeping time and therefore race numbers are not required.
Details on the event can be found on the website and if you're a participant or past participant, in email communications you will receive leading up to the event.
On the day of the event, please report to the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer tent.
At this tent we will direct all participants to a designated area which will give you direct access onto the track at the start of the run.

The People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer is not a competitive event and we will not be keeping time.
Participants can choose to walk, run or jog the circuit as long as they complete the circuit within 30 minutes
The People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer will be held at 4:30pm on Sunday, 14th of January 2018.

Just remember UV radiation levels could still be 3 and above at the time of the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer, so while you're in your undies, please be SunSmart and slop on plenty of sunscreen, slap on a hat, slide on some sunglasses and seek shade when possible.
Participants in the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer must participate in the branded clothing.
Any other clothing or personal branding on the body must be deemed appropriate and not in conflict with the messages of the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer and its sponsors in order to gain entry to the track.
Yes, all participants registered in a team will be required to walk, jog or run the entire circuit.
Participants in the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer must wear the branded clothing provided for the event.
Feel free to spruce up your Undies Run outfit with a few accessories though – we'll provide zinc on the day which you can use to make you or your team stand out.
Our only condition – it needs to be G-rated.
We will not be able to allow anyone onto the track with anything that may offend our spectators or displaying messages that conflict with People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer and its sponsors.
Due to safety concerns, participants will not be able to participate with items such as mascots, flags or banners.
A cloak room will be available on the day of the event using a wrist band ticketing system that will be monitored.
Participants are advised not to leave any valuables in their clothing bags and any items placed in the bags are at your own risk.
The event organisers will take no responsibility for lost bags or items within bags.
